Built to Run: VCS Celebrates a Year of Relentless Momentum

In 2025, VCS moved with greater intention, clarity, and resolve. Anchored by the theme Built to Run: Relentless by Design, the year reflected a period of steady transformation—one shaped by tighter processes, clearer coordination, and shared accountability.
Throughout the year, challenges tested our processes. What emerged was a stronger rhythm of work—disciplined, coordinated, and grounded in trust. These experiences shaped a celebration that honored the shared effort behind every milestone.
Teamwork and Play that Fuel Our Drive
Greeted by the homey vibe of Lauan Restaurant, Pasig City
Held at Lauan Restaurant, Pasig City, the event had an energetic yet relaxed atmosphere. Laughter filled the room as teams came together through a series of games designed to spark collaboration and friendly competition.
Each team creatively poses, competing for the highest engagement
The Department Shot Contest kicked things off, encouraging teams to make 3 poses to be posted on VCS’ Facebook page. Followed by This or That, to group participants based on their choices to mix departments and create new connections.
Picture-taking before an intense battle of Bring Me
Main games such as Tumpakners, Telepathy, and Bring Me with a creative twist kept the energy high throughout the program. The lighthearted competition reminded everyone that momentum is sustained through shared moments of fun.
In addition to the games, the team also filmed three light and fun reels for our social media channels, capturing candid moments and the playful spirit that drives VCS.
Celebrating the Journey
A small corner for our display and raffle gifts
Beyond the games, the program created space to pause and recognize the journey the team had taken together over the year. The Secret Santa gift exchange brought a thoughtful and personal touch to the evening, with each team member expressing appreciation and gratitude for one another.
Creative scratch cards for a touch of mystery and excitement
Excitement continued with the raffle segment, made more engaging through scratch cards that added an element of surprise to each draw, while cheers and laughter followed every reveal.
One of the evening’s highlights was the 2025 Highlights Video, which brought together key milestones, events, and projects from across the year. The video reflected how challenges were met and progress was built step by step. It showcased the theme of being relentless by design, proving how coordination, discipline, and shared effort shaped the way VCS moved through the year.

Ready for the Next Lap
