Ever peeked behind the scenes of a creative agency's year-end wrap-up? Spoiler alert: it’s all about keeping it simple and real!
We embodied this for our celebration on December 22, 2023 as we embraced the theme "A Year in Bloom: The Colorful Journey of Evergreen Growth." This perfectly encapsulated VCS’ dynamic spirit over the past year, expressing the team’s growth, positivity, and new beginnings.

Felisity Cafe set the stage for the festivities, offering a delightful and intimate backdrop coupled with a delicious culinary spread. The theme was woven into every detail, from decorations to the colors of the team’s simple outfits, creating a blooming and vibrant atmosphere.
Friendly Competition From Exciting Activities
The evening kicked off with a burst of energy as our enthusiastic hosts, Sarah Paglinawan from the Accounts Department and Jay Quilanita from the Creatives Department, took the stage, setting the tone for a night filled with laughter and friendly competition.
Each activity was curated to engage everyone and enhance the sense of camaraderie among the VCS team.
TikTok Dance Challenge

The TikTok Dance Challenge turned the dance floor into a lively scene, splitting our team into two groups. Their mission? Come up with dance moves for the popular "Kampana ng Simbahan" sound.
Laughter and cheers echoed as participants embraced the challenge, bringing out their inner dancers and creating memorable moments that would be talked about well into the new year.
Name The Song from the Intro
Team A and B engage in a fierce match to name the song from its intro
A test for the music aficionados in the group, this activity had participants listen to brief snippets of song intros. With a mix of recent chart-toppers and Christmas classics, the competition was fierce as teams raced against the clock to correctly identify each tune.
Head, Shoulders, Knees, Cup

A playful twist on the classic children's game "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes," this activity added a cup element for an extra challenge.
Participants from the two teams were lined up, facing their competition. The task was to listen closely to the host's commands. When the word "Cup" is announced, the goal is to be the first to grab the cup from the floor.
The scene was pure hilarity as colleagues unleashed their competitive spirits. Some cups were harmed as a result, adding an unexpected and humorous element to the game.
Pin the VCS Bee on the Flower

A clever twist on the classic "Pin the Tail on the Donkey," this activity embraced the theme with a large floral backdrop adorned with missing VCS Bees. Blindfolded participants took turns attempting to pin the bee in its rightful spot, all while guided by the vocal directions of their teammates or slyly distracted by their competitors.
Team A clinched the victory (congratulations!), but the real triumph was that everyone had a blast.
The Thrill of the Raffle
The thrill didn't stop with our lively games, as it continued with the highly anticipated raffle. Excitement buzzed in the air as everyone eagerly awaited the chance to leave the celebration not just with memories but also with fantastic prizes.
