On June 27, the VCS team gathered at VIP Golf in MET Live, Pasay to celebrate Vitalstrat's 21st anniversary. The event was filled with laughter, bringing together both new and long-time team members to honor the journey they’ve all helped shape.

This year’s theme, Creative by Design, anchored the festivities and marked the beginning of a new chapter for VCS. The theme reflects our belief that great design goes beyond how it looks; it’s about how it works, connects, and endures through purposeful, strategic, and human systems.

The VCS Anniversary Celebration was a heartfelt reminder of what makes the team truly special—not just the milestones, but the people and culture behind every success.

A Message That Sets the Tone

The afternoon began with warm and inspiring welcoming remarks from VCS co-founder Amrei Dizon, who spoke to the heart of what continues to drive the company forward.

Her words grounded the day’s events in purpose, reminding everyone that behind every campaign, every win, and every story is a team united by shared values and a vibrant culture.

The day’s activity lineup was a joyful mix of fun, laughter, and connection. From rounds of virtual golf that tested everyone’s swing (and sense of humor) to a spirited karaoke session where hidden vocal talents stole the show, the celebration was an opportunity to embrace the VCS team’s playful side.

A friendly beer pong tournament added even more energy, quickly becoming a crowd favorite. But beyond the games and cheers, what made the day truly special were the quiet catch-ups and shared stories.

Honoring a Decade of Dedication

One of the most touching highlights of the celebration was the recognition of Jan Agulto, who marked an incredible 10 years with VCS. His loyalty, consistency, and impact are a testament to the agency’s culture of growth and appreciation.

Jan has left a lasting impression on teammates and clients alike, and his recognition—met with warm applause—was a beautiful reminder of the people-first foundation that continues to shape VCS.

Introducing Kulekta: Amplifying the VCS Story from Within

Among the key moments of the day was the launch of Kulekta, VCS’s newly formed Internal Marketing Subcommittee. The name, a blend of kultura (culture) and kolekta (collective effort), reflects the group’s mission: to capture and share the essence of VCS through powerful storytelling and creative content.

Kulekta is spearheaded by a cross-functional team of passionate individuals:

This year’s anniversary also marked the exciting launch of Creative by Design—VCS’s core creative direction for the years ahead. Unveiled through a bold new key visual, it reflects how far we’ve come: from simply crafting visuals to building thoughtful, scalable systems rooted in purpose.

Revealed during the anniversary, the new KV reflects the harmony we aim for between clarity and expression. It’s a reminder of how we now create with purpose and intention guiding every step.
