VCS Joins PAIBA Panel Discussion at SaaSCon PH '26

Vitalstrats Creative Solutions (VCS) Chief Creative Officer and Managing Partner Amrei Dizon joined a panel discussion at SaaSCon PH '26, the Philippines' premier SaaS and AI conference, held on May 12, 2026 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.

Dizon, also Founding ExeCom and Director of the Philippine AI Business Association (PAIBA), spoke on the panel "What No One Tells You About AI for SMEs: A Peer-Curated Exchange," moderated by RJ Ledesma. Fellow panelists included Doc Ligot and Joey Gurango of PAIBA, and Rio Ilao, founder and CEO of MobileOptima Inc.
Dizon described AI as "the great equalizer" for small and mid-sized businesses, narrowing the gap between agencies with large teams and those run by smaller, leaner staff. She walked through how VCS has applied AI across the agency, from compressing research timelines from days to hours, to using AI as a brainstorming partner for client campaigns, to analyzing employee performance data for HR decisions.
She also addressed a tension agencies are facing as AI makes content production more accessible. Dizon noted that VCS has lost retainers tied purely to execution work, since that work has become commoditized, while client relationships built on strategy, positioning, and brand thinking have grown.

"If you could learn how to be a creative director, you outsource the drafts to AI and you become the orchestrator," she said, describing how creative roles are shifting from production to judgment.
Dizon's panel was part of the conference's SMEs & Digital Transformation track, presented in partnership with PAIBA. SaaSCon PH '26 brought together over 800 founders, enterprise leaders, investors, and technology innovators under the theme Enterprise 2030: The Rise of the AI-Native Business, organized by Sprout Solutions in partnership with AsiaCEO.
