#TeamVCS closed out a remarkable year with a three-day celebration at Tirta Spring Villa in Los Baños, Laguna, from December 19 to 21. The theme, "Beyond 20: Moving Forward With Quiet Confidence," was a tribute to our 20-year journey and a look ahead to the exciting future we're poised to shape together. Even the best creative teams need time to recharge, and this event offered the perfect blend of relaxation, camaraderie, and inspiration.

Before the main event, team members immersed themselves in pre-party activities designed to promote collaboration and creativity. From learning Mahjong to firing up the gaming system for car racing and cooling off in the pool, the energy was infectious!

Of course, no VCS gathering would be complete without karaoke! Amidst all the excitement, we fueled up with hearty meals and light snacks, ensuring we were ready for the main events ahead.

Both Red and Blue came together to build a sturdy bridge, symbolizing the strength of collaborative teams.

Pool Relay

We wrapped up the activities with a splash, as the Red and Blue teams raced to victory in the water.

Each activity celebrated the values of teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie, core to VCS' positive company culture.

A heartfelt gift exchange added warmth to the festivities, reflecting the appreciation and camaraderie that define the team.
