Team VCS is turning 14 this year! To kick off the company’s anniversary month, the team went on a three-day company outing and team-building in Batangas. This weekend served as an opportunity for the team to relax, recharge, and get ready for another year of growth.

Vitalstrats Creative Solutions has always set its sights on growth, not just for everyone who is involved in the company, but for the industry as a whole. As a fitting highlight for the whole experience, this fun yet insightful retreat challenged the team to accomplish different obstacles that tested their creativity, resourcefulness, and fighting spirit. With the help of the team-building facilitators, members of Team VCS experienced the company’s core values through different activities.

This company outing served as an opportunity to connect and communicate with each other outside the desks and walls of the office. The experience also led the team to strengthen their bonds not just as co-workers, but as a family. With the memories and learning still fresh in our hearts and minds, the team is ready, more than ever, to face the challenges, lessons, and triumphs that our 14th year will bring!

This is just the start of our anniversary month; and the start of another year of growth! The past 14 years have given us a lot to be thankful for and a lot to look forward to, as well. Without a doubt, this experience gave us renewed inspiration to work harder and work better.
