OUR STORY

Vitalstrats Creative Solutions (VCS) is a full-service creative agency that was established in 2004. We began as a small home-based design team with a passion for creativity. Through the years, we have been blessed with opportunities that paved the way for more learnings, fruitful partnerships, and a diversified portfolio. In 2008, we began to offer full-scale video production services, and in 2013 we ventured into social media content. In 2014, VCS repositioned itself as a digital content production agency centered on strategic creativity.

By this time, VCS had also become a member of industry organizations such as the Philippine Marketing Association and the Advertising Foundation of the Philippines. This led to our role as the creative partner for events such as the National Marketing Conference, Agora Awards, and the ARAW Values Awards.

VCS also strives to give back to the community. As a LGBTQ-owned business, we believe in the importance of equality and safe spaces for everyone. Our Chief Creative Officer / Managing Partner, Amrei Dizon, is an active member of the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce. We also make an effort to be eco-friendly by reducing our business’ impact on the environment and working with like-minded organizations like the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) Philippines. As a growing business that is filled with young professionals, VCS also aspires to give back to the SME and creative communities. We have partnered with a number of small businesses and have been given the opportunity to mentor entrepreneurs and young creatives.

In 2019, Vitalstrats Creative Solutions celebrated its 15th year. The company continues to grow and improve its services, which now consist of campaign solutions, social media content creation, full-service video production, strategic design, and corporate events solutions. More importantly, we continue to use these skills to grow businesses, give back to the community, and bolster the growth of our industry.

GENERAL MANAGER / CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER / MANAGING PARTNER

Fueled by a burning passion for creative work, Amrei founded Vitalstrats Creative Solutions (VCS) while still in her early 20s.

Amrei took up her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Major in Visual Communication at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She then went on to pursue several fulltime and freelance stints as a graphic designer, video editor, director, and events organizer, before becoming an “accidental entrepreneur” and establishing VCS.

Despite not having any background in business, Amrei didn’t consider this a barrier, as she believed that intentional growth can be achieved by anyone. And as her company grew, she saw the importance of balancing strategy with creativity-- nurturing the "whole brain" versus being an extreme, right-brained creative.

Because of her desire to become a more “whole brained” entrepreneur, Amrei sought opportunities to become an analytical systems thinker. She went back to school and earned her Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where she received a Council of Gurus Award upon graduation.

Besides being the Managing Partner, General Manager, and Chief Creative Officer of Vitalstrats, Amrei is active in the marketing and advertising industry. She constantly seeks opportunities aligned with her advocacies: uplifting the Philippine creative / marketing industry, educating and giving back to MSMEs, empowering LGBT leaders, promoting diversity / equality, and caring for the environment. To help forward her advocacies, Amrei serves as a resource speaker for marketing, entrepreneurship, digital, and creativity for schools, companies, and organizations.

Amrei is a Certified Professional Marketer (Marketing Institute of the Philippines), and was awarded as the Most Outstanding Member of the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA) in 2014. She has held several board positions in the Advertising Suppliers Association of the Philippines and the Philippine Marketing Association, where she served as Director for the Agora Awards in 2017. She is an Honorary Life Member of the Advertising Foundation of the Philippines, Board of Director at the Philippine LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and a Certified Go Negosyo Mentor.

Throughout all these opportunities and roles, Amrei makes it a point to balance strategy with creativity. Using strategic creativity, Amrei strives to live out her personal mission of providing growth opportunities for Vitalstrats, the company’s clients, and her advocacies.

The team digs deep into the target market’s insights--learning about the jobs that they do, the gains that they want to achieve, and the pain points that they want to solve. This step also includes looking into what the competition has said or done, and finding out how the team can create something better.

MATCH-MAKING AND MEDITATION

Next, VCS mediates and finds the factors that will help your brand and target market click. The team uses the target market’s pains and gains to match them with your brand values and the propositions that will address them. This framework called the Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Canvas.

PLANNING, STRATEGIZING, AND IDEATION

With the brand-consumer fit firmly in place, VCS moves on to seeking opportunities that will help you send the right messages through the best possible channels. Strategy will point the team towards the direction of the right channels and touchpoints; but it is through creativity that novel and unexplored ideas and executions are created.

CREATION AND PRODUCTION

Once the team has selected a strategy and narrowed down the channels and executions, the creation and production process can begin. This means carefully crafting substantial messages that will deliver results, and launching them through the right content, experiences, materials, and channels.

VCS practices constant vigilance in monitoring the brands’ milestones and harness tools that will help us hit your goals. These tools help your brand become more visible in your target market’s journey without necessarily intruding on their sales experience.

Team VCS uses assessment and analytics platforms to gauge efforts and measure results. Based on this, the team pivots, iterates, and recalibrates as needed.
