FINANCE AND HR EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions (via Quickbooks Online and other related systems) to ensure that the company’s finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Prepare and send Billing Invoices to clients
Process and record company expenses, reimbursements, and liquidation
Bookkeeping requirements and general ledger reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts
Facilitate and monitor collections and payables; perform collection on past due accounts via phone and email
Preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and other reportorial compliances, VAT policies & other related matters
Assist in the compliance on various finance-related requirements of government bodies SEC, LGU, SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth.
Provide general administrative support to the company
Monitor and order office supplies and equipment and maintain/update the asset inventory
Facilitate business registration/renewal of relevant government permits of the Company
Complete payroll functions in order to ensure all employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
Preparation of government reportorial report ( BIR; SSS; Philhealth, HDMF) as scheduled
Assist in various HR tasks (recruitment, performance management & employee engagement)
Organize and maintain and a secured system of all financial, admin and HR documents and electronic files and maintain confidentiality at all times
Perform other duties assigned by the Finance and HR Manager and Managing Partners
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or other Finance-related courses
Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office applications,
specifically MS ExcelHighly analytical & has the ability to resolve accounting problems
Trustworthy and able to maintain the confidentiality and security of all financial and HR records
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Strong adherence to rules and deadlines
