BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 
 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Generate leads and convert into sales through proactively marketing/pitching various services to prospective clients

  • Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner

  • Act as a link between VCS and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the company

  • Accurately assess client requirements and propose appropriate services to address their creative needs.

  • Handle and facilitate execution of pitch presentations by coordinating with client and effectively communicating the project brief to the team and ensuring timely submission of quality output

  • Confidently conduct pitch/sales presentations with knowledge of all aspects of the project, ready to overcome hesitations and other various barriers

  • In coordination with the team, prepare cost estimates/proposals that accurately capture all factors affecting cost and submit to the client a quotation that is perceptive of their budget and other considerations

  • Effectively address all client concerns regarding proposals by promptly responding with well-thought-out solutions or suggestions taking into consideration all parties

  • Maintain an organized and updated CRM system and monitor the movement of the marketing funnel to maximize leads and convert them into sales

  • Always be on the lookout for marketing opportunities by attending forums, conferences, and networking events

  • Execute various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings and preparing contact reports and other related operational tasks assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year related work experience

  • With a sales and marketing background

  • Can effectively negotiate and overcome objections

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;

  • Can work well under pressure
