Shearwater Year-Ender

Shearwater Health Advisors, Inc. wanted to create a memorable and engaging year-end party for the staff in their Manila office. Team VCS was tapped to conceptualize and execute the event, take charge of crafting the overall theme, create event content, and to execute and manage the party.

The cruise-themed party let us tell the story of a year in Shearwater — a year that has its fair share of waves and smooth sailing, a year that empowered all attendees to play their roles in steering their ship. The theme was also a reminder that the voyage must go on, and that they must continue to work well together in order to make the coming year a success.

Team VCS cascaded the themes of cooperation, gratitude, and celebration to the party's mood-setter video, the event script, and other event collaterals. The cruise motif was also applied to the company's yearly employee contest and awarding ceremony.

By the end of the night, employees were ready to set sail towards a bigger and brighter 2019.
