DMCI Homes wanted to revamp its current homeowner orientation video to make it more engaging for the viewers. To do this, #TeamVCS crafted a video that was more than just a list of rules. 

We proposed a video that had eye-catching visuals, such as stop-motion sequences and a mix of footage and graphics. The script broke the fourth wall--helping prospective homeowners feel that the PMO was engaging with them, and not just laying down the law. The result? A video that was both entertaining and educational, without the information overload.
