Kai Abad was a former Key Account Supervisor from 2016 to 2021. She learned a lot in her five years with VCS and grew her skills in project management and client relations. She recalls dealing with different clients and how fulfilling it was to improve her communication with them.

Kai also acknowledges the support of VCS in her journey. Working with the team, she learned the importance of taking risks and embracing failure when learning something new. This allowed her to become more confident in her abilities and become a better asset to the company. She wishes VCS continued success and growth in the future.

Transcription: “Happy 18th Anniversary VCS! Grabe, 18 na si Aling Vital. And sa 18 years na yun, I was there for 5 years. I started as an AE, I think I was 22 that time. I remember during my first few weeks with VCS, may isang client na talagang sinusuka na ako at ayaw niya na kong kausapin dahil parang hindi ko raw alam yung ginagawa ko. Well, to be fair, hindi lang parang, hindi ko talaga alam [Laughs]. Sorry hindi ko alam but ayon VCS has been so supportive and understanding. They made me understand how it's okay to suck at something new na hanggang ngayon naaapply ko pa rin sa buhay ko even sa yoga ko. In terms of project management and dealing with different clients, ang dami kong clients na pinagdaanan sa VCS and favorite ko is yung mga masusungit kasi it's fulfilling for me na maging chika level mo yung mga intimidating clients. So ayun, ang wish ko for VCS ay happiness and growth as always. Sana matupad na ang ating Vision Board and namimiss ko na kayong lahat. and to Ms. Amrei and Ms. TJ, I thank you for all your help even sa mga advices niyo sa mga personal na pinagdadaanan ko sa buhay na hanggang ngayon nakaya ko pa din makausap kayo even if hindi na ako part ng VCS.
