BUSDEV/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Generate and convert leads through proactive marketing and pitching of services.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and represent VCS with professionalism and warmth.
Serve as the liaison between VCS and clients to drive interest in services.
Assess client needs and recommend tailored creative solutions.
Coordinate pitch presentations and clearly communicate briefs to the team.
Deliver confident, knowledgeable sales presentations and address objections effectively.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals aligned with client budgets.
Resolve client concerns with thoughtful, timely, and balanced solutions.
Maintain a well-organized CRM and actively track leads through the sales funnel.
Identify new business opportunities by attending events and networking.
Execute ad hoc tasks (such as project management support) as needed
Support operational tasks such as taking meeting minutes and preparing reports.
Core Competencies & Skills
Sales & Negotiation Skills – Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals
Client Relationship Management – Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing client accounts
Strategic Thinking – Ability to assess client needs and align them with company services
Presentation Skills – Capable of confidently presenting proposals, ideas, and creative concepts
Project Coordination – Basic understanding of project timelines, briefs, and deliverables
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field such as Advertising or Public Relations.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within the creative, marketing, or advertising industry.
